Service Description
Sometimes you don't need another opinion. You need clarity, discernment, and a trusted space to process what you're navigating from a faith-centered perspective. The Prophetic Insight Session is a private, faith-centered conversation designed to help you gain greater clarity and understanding concerning a situation, decision, relationship, purpose, business matter, transition, or season of life. I prepare for each session in prayer and rely on biblical wisdom, discernment, and the leading of the Holy Spirit throughout our conversation. My insight is not based solely on human logic or conventional coaching principles. As you share what you're navigating, I listen carefully while remaining sensitive to what I believe the Holy Spirit may be highlighting. When I believe something is being placed on my heart for you, I will share it with humility and encourage you to prayerfully seek God for confirmation. Depending on what arises during our conversation, your session may include biblical encouragement, prophetic insight, discernment, practical perspective, loving correction, clarity around next steps, and prayer if I feel led during our time together. Please note: Booking a Prophetic Insight Session does not guarantee that you will receive a specific prophetic word, prediction, revelation, answer, or particular outcome. I cannot determine what God will choose to reveal during a session. My responsibility is to remain discerning, honest, and obedient concerning what I genuinely believe I am being led to share. This session is not intended to replace your personal relationship with God or make decisions for you. You are encouraged to take what is shared back to God in prayer, test it against Scripture, and seek confirmation for yourself. If you're seeking clarity concerning what you're navigating and desire a faith-centered perspective that goes beyond human reasoning alone, this session may be the right next step for you.
Cancellation Policy
By booking a session or mentorship service with Transcend w/Ebony, you agree to these policies. All payments are final. Transcend w/Ebony maintains a strict no-refund policy for all calls, sessions, mentorship services, and packages. Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments, late arrivals, cancellations, unused sessions, or changes of mind. Rescheduling must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment. Requests made less than 48 hours prior may result in forfeiture. Please book a time you can fully commit to. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session will be forfeited with no refund, credit, or complimentary reschedule. If you arrive within the grace period, the session still ends at the original time. For mentorship packages, sessions must be completed within the agreed period unless approved in writing. Weekly email/text check-ins are for encouragement, reflection, and accountability only, not crisis support or unlimited access. Transcend w/Ebony provides faith-centered mentorship, biblical encouragement, Spirit-led insight, personal development support, and practical wisdom. Services are not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or a substitute for licensed professional support. Ebony is not acting as a licensed therapist, attorney, physician, or financial advisor. If you are in crisis, danger, having thoughts of self-harm, or facing a medical, mental health, or domestic violence emergency, contact emergency services or a licensed professional immediately. Prophetic Insight Calls are faith-based and Spirit-led. Any insight shared is for faith, reflection, and personal discernment. Outcomes, predictions, reconciliation, restoration, healing, results, or life changes are not guaranteed. Clients are encouraged to pray, seek God, use wisdom, and take responsibility for decisions. Information shared during sessions is treated with care; however, confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, safety concerns, suspected abuse or neglect, threats of harm, or other legal obligations. Sessions may not be recorded, shared, published, or distributed without written permission. Disrespectful, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior may result in termination without refund. By submitting payment you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
